These terms govern your use of Sharelock, an iMessage app extension by Inoviscope LLC. By using Sharelock, you agree to them.

License

Sharelock is licensed to you for personal, lawful messaging. Don't misuse it or use it to harass or harm others.

Free tier & purchases

Sharelock includes a one-time allowance of fifteen free locked messages. One-time in-app purchases unlock more. Purchases go through Apple under Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple.

Security & limitations

Sharelock locks messages and photos behind on-device biometric authentication and encrypts photos on your device before they leave it. We take reasonable measures to protect your privacy, but no software is error-free, delivery depends on Apple's iMessage and iCloud services, and once a recipient unlocks content, what they do with it is out of our control. Send sensitive content only to people you trust.

Disclaimer & liability

Sharelock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inoviscope LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including from software errors or from a recipient's disclosure or resharing of unlocked content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. We may update them; continued use means you accept the changes.
